Story grows here

Engaged to evolve the NIDA brand, Alphabet used the Tertiary campaign as the foundation for a comprehensive refresh spanning brand development, art direction, and campaign roll-out — reflecting NIDA’s standing as Australia’s leading performing arts training institution while resonating with students, industry partners, and the broader community.

The refreshed identity was extended across NIDA’s key brand divisions — NIDA Corporate and NIDA Open — creating a unified yet flexible system adaptable across digital, print, and experiential channels. The result is a contemporary, dynamic brand that honours NIDA’s heritage while positioning it for continued growth.

“Alphabet have crafted a brand refresh that students, staff and industry have embraced as both authentic and exciting. Our visual identity has a new creative voice that speaks to the next generation of storytellers.”

Amy Goodhew-Banks - Head of Marketing & Communications

NIDA Corporate

The NIDA Corporate Training brand serves as the public-facing professional identity of the institution and partner with organisations to design and deliver tailored training programs. Alphabet re-designed its visual language and communications to reflect NIDA’s expertise and credibility in communication, collaboration and leadership capability.

NIDA Open

NIDA Open is the community-facing arm of the institution, providing short courses and programs for adults across the spectrum of dramatic arts disciplines. The refreshed brand emphasizes approachability, creativity, and engagement, making the NIDA Open experience instantly welcoming, recognisable and aligned with the broader NIDA identity.

“We love the brand refresh. Thank you for your thoughtful care in the design process, it was a great experience for us.”

Gillian Meisner-Lemon - Head of NIDA Open
