Alphabet continues to collaborate on unique campaigns with JCDecaux, the global leader in the outdoor media sector. Our brief here was to develop a B2C campaign, capturing the attention of potential future employees – the change-makers, shape-shifters, risk-takers, and rule-breakers. Our campaign was an expression of these characteristics – the most ambitious version of you. Visually arresting and unconventional, the campaign has enjoyed enormous success in attracting a new generation of talent.
Alphabet undertook the strategic concept, copywriting, and art direction across all print and digital media, including a web portal dedicated to career opportunities within the organisation.
The Result
Visually arresting and unconventional, the campaign has enjoyed enormous success in attracting a new generation of talent. Candidate applications more than doubled with 132% increase in the first month of the campaign, their average applications per week increased by 67% across the entirety of the campaign and the campaign launch fueled JCDecaux’s strongest recruitment month of the year filling 21 roles in May 2022 during the campaign run.
